Usage
Use the appropriate stone on equipment. The same bonus is not added again to an item that already has it. Attempts have a 2-second cooldown. The cost is consumed even on failure.
Refinement
Master Baiakeira Refine upgrades equipment up to +3. Specific weapons and shields are excluded. Success depends on upgrade level and stone type.
Verified refinement chance
The registered stone Master Baiakeira Refine adds 100 percentage points to the chance formula. An eligible attempt therefore has a 100% chance, rather than the 50% stated in an old comment. The +3 cap and excluded item list still apply.
